7am: My 4 Roos start crowing and let me know its time for breakfast..yes that's right, four roosters, and no fights, just love!

Egg Wash
Every week our ladies give us 49 beautiful chicken eggs and our duckies gives about 35 a week, before Mom can sell them to her customers in NYC, they go through a rigorous cleaning process.
First, they soak in fresh water for 5 minutes, tops. Them we use a soft bristle scrub brush to wash away all the left over dirt and such. After that we separate the brown (chicks) and white (ducks) eggs and hand dry them.
Then they are ready for our recycled and donated cartons for selling!
